Shipping + Returns
We offer shipping by FedEx to U.S. For international orders, please send us a message at email@example.com and we will customize the shipping for your order.
Once you've placed the order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the receipt of your order. Availability of the products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is no longer available or delayed, we will notify you via e-mail.
We are happy to offer a refund or store credit for unused items you were not satisfied with. For online order returns, please notify us within 10 days of receiving the item at firstname.lastname@example.org. Write "Returns" in the subject line and include the reason for return and specify if you would like a refund or store credit. The item must be unused in its original condition with a receipt. For refunds, a processing fee of $5 will be deducted. For store credit, full paid value of the item will be given. For in store returns, plants are fully refundable within 7 days of purchase and all other items within 14 days of purchase with copy of receipt.
